Established in March 2023, Purple Point Oysters is an aquaculture company dedicated to the cultivation of American oysters (Crassostrea virginica), native to the Gulf of Mexico.

Our oysters are grown and harvested in waters certified and continuously monitored by COFEPRIS, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Our aquaculture farms are 100% vertically integrated from the larvae-seed stage through table-ready size.
